  • Serve as the link between Consumer Research Coordinators and Supervisor.
  • Assist in staff development and intra-department communications.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute research operations with on-time delivery.
  • Lead customer service initiatives and maintain study documentation.
  • Monitor panel attendance and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • This is a full-time role working 11:00am–9:30pm based on needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • AA degree or 2-3 years in client service.
  • At least two years of progressive consumer research experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Flexible schedule.
