  • Manage all Consumer Opinion Center research operations in Richmond, VA.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and client satisfaction across studies.
  • Lead staffing: hire, train, schedule, and conduct reviews.
  • Build ballots in sensory evaluation software and surveys in form software.
  • Monitor research rooms to ensure protocol compliance.
  • Compile metrics and reports (census, panel attendance) for Site Director.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Social Research.
  • 2+ years of consumer research experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours for studies.
  • Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research preferred.
