  • Develop loyalty program strategy aligned with Revance brand and objectives.
  • Build and execute go-to-market plan: positioning, messaging, channels, timeline.
  • Collaborate with brand, digital, sales, and consumer success for integrated execution.
  • Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, Compliance, Agencies).
  • Oversee launch readiness including internal and external communications.
  • Monitor early performance and troubleshoot launch issues in real time.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in consumer engagement, CRM, or brand marketing.
  • 5+ years launching consumer-facing programs or GTM initiatives.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring program performance and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, or healthcare marketing.
