Consumer Loan Servicing Representative

📋 Description

• Answer calls and emails from members.
• Post payments and payoffs to loan accounts.
• Respond to member inquiries on loan transactions.
• Process life/disability/unemployment credit protection claims.
• Maintain loans under SCRA; handle GAP remittance and reporting.
• Process credit bureau reporting and vehicle collateral file maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year relevant experience or training.
• Knowledge of loan systems, car title procedures, regulations.
• Willingness to learn and be challenged.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
