π― Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in good standing
- 7-10+ years in legal with 5+ years in consumer financial services litigation
- Deep knowledge of consumer lending, deposits, payments, and fintech issues
- Extensive knowledge of consumer protection laws (TILA, ROSCA, FCRA, etc.)
- Proven experience handling CFPB/FTC/state regulator inquiries
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
