Consumer L&D SME Trainer Lead Analyst

📋 Description

• Deliver onboarding, cross-skilling, and train-the-trainer sessions to raise quality.
• Collaborate with WFM, Vendor Management, Operations, L&D, and QA to design training.
• Lead in-person and virtual training for a global audience; shape strategy.
• Conduct high-impact live cases in production to maintain SME knowledge and identify gaps.
• Ensure training content aligns with evolving regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee QA and analytics to remediate training gaps and improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a related production/training role.
• Expert CX and customer service practices.
• Proven record leading continuous process improvements with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Senior-level communication with stakeholders.
• Understanding of blockchain, web3 concepts, and crypto.
