🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a related production role.
Expert knowledge of CX and customer service best practices.
Proven track record leading continuous process improvements with measurable impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Senior leadership-level communication and stakeholder management.
Understanding of blockchain tech, web3 concepts, staking, and cryptocurrency.
