📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end strategic research for Sportsbook GTM and VIP priorities.
  • Identify insights tied to launch performance, promotions, segmentation, and engagement.
  • Translate objectives into rigorous research designs and methodologies.
  • Serve as trusted thought partner to GTM and VIP with ongoing advisory support.
  • Synthesize findings across custom research, analytics, and data to recommendations.
  • Develop executive storytelling that aligns go-to-market and retention strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7 years in market research/consumer insights
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience leading complex custom research end-to-end
  • Experience partnering with marketing, commercial, lifecycle, or promotions teams
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into insights
  • Proficiency in Qualtrics, SPSS, or similar tools
