  • Lead consumer insights program; design/execute research; build personas and segmentation.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and segmentation for growth decisions.
  • Use insights to identify friction; drive improvements via A/B testing, personalization, messaging, and UX changes.
  • Own Starlink.com conversion/funnel KPIs; drive acquisition and checkout improvements.
  • Build/execute high-velocity A/B testing roadmap from hypothesis to scaling.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Eng, Marketing, and Ops to translate insights into pages and checkout experiences.
  • Create and maintain dashboards linking data with insights; communicate to executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; 1+ year in consumer insights, market research, growth experiments, and conversions.
  • 3+ years leading consumer research in consumer tech, e-commerce, or subscriptions.
  • Proven success running large-scale A/B tests; advanced SQL; dashboards; Python a plus.
  • Experience in funnel optimization, checkout improvements, and growth in lean startups.
  • Strong storytelling; cross-functional collaboration; ability to influence executives.
  • Technical background or experience with web product development.
