Consulting Architect - Observability

📋 Description

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Elastic Stack solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer engagements from discovery to optimization.
• Architect, deploy, and operationalize Elastic solutions that drive value and adoption.
• Provide technical oversight and enablement to customers and teammates across lifecycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Design dashboards, visualizations, and alerts for observability in Kibana.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a consultant, architect, or engineer in observability.
• Experience with time-series ingestion using Elastic Agents, Beats, and Logstash.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Redis and ingestion optimization strategies.
• Understanding of observability concepts: tracing, metrics pipelines, logs, SLOs/SLIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or IaC.
• Familiarity with ECS, data parsing, and normalization.
