Consultant - Water Utilities

📋 Description

• Help clients translate real-world needs into GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network
• Collaborate on multi-year GIS implementation and migration strategies
• Collect and present client requirements and workflows for geospatial strategies
• Analyze water utilities problems and distill into practical ArcGIS tasks
• Advise on GIS strategies, architectures, and release planning
• Lead project management for water GIS projects aligned with goals
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables with QA and risk control
• Lead project teams through requirements, design, build, and rollout
• Track project performance and status
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to grow the practice
• Manage client relationships and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years applying ArcGIS in water utilities (water/wastewater)
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal) and Utility Network
• Proven proposal writing including exec summaries, scope, staffing, pricing
• Develop enterprise-level designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules
• Strong collaboration and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, leadership
• Ability to work on multiple activities in parallel
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, GIS, geography, or related field
• Visa sponsorship not available; authorized to work in the U.S.
