🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years ArcGIS in water utilities (ops, asset, data mgmt).
- ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise (Portal+), Utility Network, Field Maps.
- Enterprise project designs, work plans, budgets, schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, GIS, geography, or related field.
- Strong collaboration and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership.
