🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years applying ArcGIS in water utilities.
- Experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal), Utility Network, Field Maps, Solutions.
- Proposal writing: executive summaries, solution design, scope, staffing, pricing.
- Develop enterprise-level project designs, work plans, budgets, schedules.
- Strong collaboration and ability to work independently.
- Bachelors degree in information systems, GIS, geography, or related field.
