Support the implementation of Veeva Link templates for customers
Conduct tailor-made training sessions based on the customer and team
Focus on pre-empting and supporting customer needs and technical questions
Work closely with the Lead Technical Consultant and Link Consultant Services team
Report on project progression and health
Drive customer success and adoption of Link data

🎯 Requirements

At least 3year experience in MNC or Japan Pharma Company Medical exprience
Talent and desire for customer-facing activities
Proficient both Japanese and English
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ambition for high-quality and self-motivated work
Project management capabilities
