📋 Description

• Lead implementation of SiteVault eISF and CTMS aligned to customer goals.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers through regular engagement.
• Assist renewals and guide customers through the process.
• Create onboarding for SiteVault free version; provide light HubSpot support.
• Lead year-end reviews to track progress and renewals.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise software implementation in life sciences or healthcare.
• Based in North America.
• Customer-facing consulting delivering workshops and gathering requirements.
• Able to quickly understand requirements and craft solutions; hands-on.
• Typical travel 10%, up to 20%.
