Consultant - Site Solutions

📋 Description

• Lead implementation of SiteVault eISF and CTMS to align with customer goals.
• Build relationships by regularly engaging with customer decision-makers.
• Support renewal efforts and guide customers through renewals.
• Create and maintain automated onboarding for SiteVault with light-touch HubSpot support.
• Lead year-end reviews to discuss progress and renewals.
• Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise software implementation in life sciences/healthcare.
• Based in North America.
• Customer-facing consulting: workshops, relationships, and requirements gathering.
• Ability to quickly understand requirements and create solutions.
• Travel typically 10%, up to 20%.
• SaaS/cloud experience for site CTMS or eISF systems.
• Clinical research experience at a site.
• Experience using HubSpot.
