- Act as liaison between Cority and clients on assigned projects.
- Validate client satisfaction with Cority software and services.
- Ensure lead consultant involvement in corrective actions and recommendations.
- Follow Cority Implementation Methodology (CIM) for all implementations.
- Establish with the client and Cority PM a plan for project milestones.
- Guide clients on configuring Cority to meet business requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- University degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, or CS (or related).
- Minimum 3 years of software implementation experience.
- Experience in safety, medical, environmental or industrial hygiene preferred.
- Professional designations (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of system implementation lifecycles and PM methodologies.
- Clear communication and the ability to train clients.
