📋 Description

• Consultant in Capital Markets, deliver change programs for financial clients.
• Lead large IT projects, coordinating tech teams and on-time delivery.
• Translate business needs into BRDs and workflows using MS Visio.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Analytics on data reporting.
• Support regulatory, risk, and compliance initiatives across functions.
• Help expand Capco’s footprint with long-term client partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Counterparty Credit Risk or related fields (preferred).
• Product knowledge of Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, and Equity markets.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience documenting requirements and BRDs (Visio).
• Data reporting, analytics, and data quality experience.
• VBA and Python programming skills are preferred.
