📋 Description

• Execute analytics for consulting projects; define data needs and assess quality.
• Manage and support analytics across engagements; document, maintain code, train colleagues.
• Collect, parse, manage, analyze, and visualize large, disparate data across platforms.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain analytics artifacts: data models, code, dashboards.
• Develop narratives and presentations to connect analytics to business value.
• Effectively communicate and document analytical processes and results.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years analytics experience, 2+ in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or tech field.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, Spark; notebooks (Jupyter/Zeppelin).
• Strong quantitative and statistical analytics.
• Tableau or Looker visualization skills.
• Strong communication with clients and executive audiences.
• Critical thinking and problem solving in fast-paced environments.
