Perform finish carpentry including doors, drywall, tiling, and flooring.
Basic concrete work on sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and patios.
Pre-operational safety checks and equipment inspections.
Support facilities in light demolition, cleaning, and basic construction.
Read and interpret schematics for assembly and repair.
Operate forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack, boom lift, work truck, and overhead crane.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
3+ years construction experience
Basic knowledge: electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, welding
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and instructions
Carpentry maintenance: drywall, window/cabinet replacement, painting
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint for service reports
