Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, porta-potties, rental equipment).
Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive the on-site safety culture.
Daily field coordination and conflict resolution for contractors and internal partners.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
3+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or facilities management.
Field experience managing a multi-discipline team of contractors/laborers.
Experience with project management and scheduling software.
Basic proficiency with AutoCAD.
Knowledge of permitting processes and environmental agencies.
