🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
5+ years of professional construction experience leading a labor force.
Field experience managing multi-discipline contractor teams.
Experience with project management and scheduling software.
Basic proficiency with AutoCAD.
Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory agencies.
