🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
5+ years in the construction industry
2+ years coordinating multiple trades on site
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, framing, and gas trades
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat
Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
