📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced construction project.
• Own project schedules, deliverables, and communications for Hawthorne campus.
• Supervise laborers and contractors to enable build and activation.
• Lead SpaceX safety policies and drive onsite safety culture.
• Coordinate daily field operations and resolve contractor conflicts.
• Maintain site logistics, deliveries, inventory, and materials.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years construction site experience managing staff and contractors.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of permitting and environmental agency processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication.
