Construction Superintendent

📋 Description

• Oversee field execution of facilities construction projects.
• Coordinate with design engineers, PMs, facilities staff, and vendors.
• Direct construction activities and lead trades coordination meetings.
• Maintain daily logs, progress and financial reports for construction.
• Enforce subcontractor contracts and approve payments after inspection.
• Maintain a safe site following OSHA requirements and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years in the construction industry.
• 2+ years leading coordination of multiple trades on site.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, framing trades.
• Proficient with MS Office and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat.
• Willingness to work extended hours, on-call, and travel as needed.
