Construction Specialist (Temp)

📋 Description

• Review inspection data, scopes, and budgets for accuracy.
• Develop detailed scopes of work aligned with standards and pricing.
• Manage active turn and renovation projects; monitor progress.
• Analyze video or photo inspections to support remote estimation.
• Communicate daily with vendor partners and operations stakeholders.
• Review and approve change orders ensuring scope and budget alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in residential construction/renovation (SFR turns preferred).
• Strong ability to write, review, and negotiate scopes of work and budgets.
• Deep understanding of construction practices, pricing, and inspection procedures.
• Experience analyzing video/photo inspections to develop remote scopes.
• Excellent communication with vendor partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with NavigateAI, SiteCapture, RenoWalk, BuilderTrend, Procore.
