🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in construction with field and management roles.
- Experience with design drawings, bid packages, contractor selection, and field supervision.
- Budgeting and scheduling knowledge; strong overall construction management.
- Permitting, land-use regulations, and government entity liaison.
- Familiarity with Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEPF systems.
- Nice to have: MS Building Code, IBC, and MEPF codes knowledge.
