🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or an engineering discipline, or 7+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of professional experience in concrete construction, earthwork, and basic steel structures
- 1+ year hands-on construction field experience
- Experience with project management of major construction projects including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management
- Greenfield site development experience
- Basic proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit
