🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in architecture/construction management/engineering; 3+ yrs in construction/PM or 7+ yrs in lieu.
- 2+ yrs leading teams or PM in civil/utility/facility construction.
- 1+ yr hands-on construction experience; read/interpret drawings.
- Bilingual Spanish/English; written and verbal proficiency.
- Experience with multi-discipline vendor management (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, geotech, surveying).
- Technical: AutoCAD basics; GPS/Total Stations; Bluebeam/Adobe; MS Office/PM tools; ITAR awareness; onsite Bastrop, TX; travel as needed.
