Lead MEP engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for aerospace projects.
Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts through close-out.
Resolve field design/construction conflicts in real time.
Coordinate with utility providers to ensure reliable power for site infrastructure.
Track and approve contractor invoicing; ensure safety/OSHA compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in engineering/architecture/construction mgmt; 3+ years field exp or 7+ yrs exp.
Significant experience with electrical power distribution systems (600V AC to DC).
HVAC operation and design principles (refrigeration, chillers, boilers, AHU).
Plumbing design/operation (domestic water, wastewater, venting, storm).
Experience with critical power infrastructure (UPS, backup generators, ATS).
AutoCAD or Revit proficiency; NEC/ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC familiarity.
