Construction Project Manager, Los Angeles

📋 Description

• Manage, coordinate, and direct residential new construction projects.
• Oversee concurrent construction of up to 45 single-family homes.
• Coordinate schedules across homes at different stages.
• Use proprietary project management software for daily coordination.
• Inspect weekly per safety program; ensure quality with Superintendents.
• Report project health, schedules, budgets, and safety to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in residential construction as PM or Superintendent.
• Deep knowledge of LA permitting, inspections, CO process.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, MS Project.
• Valid driver's license.
• Based in Greater Los Angeles; work on Altadena/Palisades sites.
• Strong procurement coordination and change-management skills.
