Construction Project Manager, Los Angeles

📋 Description

• Manage, coordinate, and direct all aspects of residential new builds.
• Manage concurrent construction of up to 45 single-family homes.
• Schedule management across multiple homes at various stages.
• Report to Director of Construction Operations on project health.
• Advise team on strategies to keep projects on plan or recover from delays.
• Utilize Homebound's PM software for daily coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in residential construction as PM or Superintendent.
• Deep understanding of LA County permitting, inspections, CO process.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and MS Project.
• Valid driver's license.
• Based in the greater Los Angeles area.
• Coordinate with Procurement to meet schedule and budget goals.
