🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction mgmt, engineering, or related field; or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Experience managing contractors, budgets, and schedules in complex project environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
