Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee lifecycle of multidiscipline construction projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Gather ROM costs and proposals from architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop final cost and schedule; implement controls for cost, schedule, and scope.
• Write and manage construction contracts through close-out; coordinate approvals.
• Manage site safety and environmental requirements for contractors.
• Plan activities with facility operators to avoid delays and coordinate critical path.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management; 1+ years field exp (or 5+ years w/o degree).
• Read/interpret engineering drawings, specs; mark up coordination items.
• AutoCAD or Revit experience.
• Experience with topographic/construction staking; GPS/total station.
• Experience with estimating, cost control, scheduling, and contractor management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance.
