🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or construction management.
- 3+ years progressive construction management experience.
- 1+ year in project management.
- Excellent communication and team leadership.
- Strong budgeting and cost-tracking knowledge.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days/week; some overnights.
