🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or PM
- 0-5 years in commercial construction management with public entities
- Procore experience preferred; OSHA 10 preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, Procore, MS Project
- Ability to develop and track schedules with Primavera or MS Project
- Knowledge of building codes, environmental regulations, and OSHA safety standards
