📋 Description

• Coordinate planning, execution and delivery of construction and technical production projects.
• Work with surveyors, architects and builders on permits and build processes.
• Lead local technical and construction crews across all project stages.
• Maintain timelines to open the attraction on the target date.
• Negotiate contracts, review invoices, and track costs.
• Report site developments to regional and global teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing construction or technical production projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, rigging, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of safety standards, BCA requirements and building/fire codes in Australia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
