🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years managing construction or technical production projects.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, rigging, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of safety standards, BCA requirements, and building/fire codes for public spaces in Australia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
