📋 Description

• Support Operators in concrete sawing, drilling, cutting, and demolition.
• Transport equipment between yard and job sites.
• Prepare jobsites by unloading tools and staging equipment.
• Handle materials and maintain tools; assist with equipment upkeep.
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and OSHA rules.
• Learn tool operation and progress toward Operator role in 1–2 years.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong physical stamina; able to work outdoors in hot/cold/rain.
• Good driving record with current license.
• Strong mechanical abilities; safety oriented.
• Self-motivated; team player; willing to learn.
• Mathematical aptitude; lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
