Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and material analysis from drawings and specs
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial bid submissions
Review and prequalify subcontractor bids for coverage and pricing competitiveness
Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing
Support full bid preparation and submission process
Use PlanHub and other estimating platforms to manage bidding workflows

🎯 Requirements

2–3+ years of construction estimating experience
Experience in general contracting or multi-trade bidding
Strong understanding of construction pricing and cost breakdowns
Experience with national chain standards and repeat-project pricing
Familiarity with regional market pricing (Florida, Arizona, Las Vegas, Colorado)
Proficiency in PlanHub and/or PlanSwift estimating software
