🎯 Requirements

5+ years in data center project controls.
Advanced MEP estimating: high-density power and cooling.
Life-cycle cost models: GPU depreciation, PUE, carbon offsets.
Cost databases and benchmarks across markets and delivery models.
Procore/Autodesk Build/e-Builder proficiency; Excel VBA/Power Query.
Quantity surveying: take-offs from drawings and vendor quotes.
