🎯 Requirements

5+ years in construction management, project controls, or consulting
Strong client-facing skills; capable of managing multiple projects
Led discovery sessions; translated needs into defined reporting specs
Deep understanding of construction workflows, schedules (P6), BIM/VDC
Proficient in SQL, Python, or JavaScript; data wrangling; APIs
BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker; cloud ETL/BI tools (dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Coalesce, Sigma)
Willing to travel up to 25%
Experience leveraging BIM/VDC data to enrich reports
