🎯 Requirements

- Experience in construction/project management, procurement, public-sector projects, contract development/administration
- Proven client-facing project management or owners' rep experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
- Ability to troubleshoot software for clients; adapt to new software
- Knowledge of value engineering, scope development, and public-sector delivery; JOC experience a plus
