- Oversee and track project progress with clients, contractors, and other account managers
- Review client/contractor construction docs, plans, and specs for understanding
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years related experience, or 2+ years with a relevant bachelor degree
- Experience in construction management, project management, procurement, public projects, and contract development
- Proven client-facing project management or owners' rep experience
- Must have strong client-facing skills
- Must be able to troubleshoot software for clients
- Knowledge of value engineering, scope development, and public sector delivery; JOC experience a plus
