  • Strong track record of owning and evolving complex programs end-to-end, coaching volunteer leaders.
  • High emotional intelligence; ability to facilitate identity-centered dialogue.
  • Organized project manager; manage dependencies and address roadblocks.
  • Skilled communicator; influence without formal authority and clear empathy.
  • Ability to work three days per week in the office; occasional evenings/weekends.
