As an Associate Principal Solution Architect in Professional Services at Conga, you will lead strategic, customer-facing architecture engagements, defining reference architectures and guiding the implementation of complex, enterprise-scale solutions that leverage Conga’s product suite.

Responsibilities

Lead and own architecture engagements for large-scale client projects across the Conga product suite (CPQ, CLM, eSignature, and related modules).
Design end-to-end solutions, including reference architectures, data models, integration patterns, and security considerations.
Collaborate with clients, Professional Services, Sales, Product, and Success teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable designs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and consultants on engagements.
Drive presales activities by creating compelling solution visuals, demonstrations, and technical governance plans.
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards, while aligning with client goals and constraints.
Contribute to ongoing architectural best practices and reusable assets for the services organization.

Qualifications

12+ years of enterprise software architecture experience, preferably with a Professional Services background.
Strong expertise in SaaS/cloud architectures, integrations with Salesforce and ERP systems, and modern web technologies.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, integration patterns, and security/compliance considerations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; proven leadership within cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements.
