  • Proficiency in Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF).
  • Zendesk certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years production code in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js or Python.
  • Frontend skills with React and responsive CSS.
  • API mastery: REST, OAuth/Basic Auth, and JSON payloads.
  • Database proficiency: PostgreSQL/MySQL or NoSQL.
