📋 Description

  • Drive revenue growth in large, complex accounts.
  • Prospect, qualify, close pipeline; grow consumption.
  • Lead complex sales cycles; demonstrate value at C-Level.
  • Become SME of Confluent offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Understand customers’ strategies to become trusted advisor.
  • Work with partner ecosystem to sell to or through ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to win and renew.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales in competitive markets.
  • Experience in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise IT.
  • Sales methodology training (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).
  • Track record of hitting quota and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to articulate business value to businesses of all sizes.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
