- Configure and maintain dynamic actions, workflows, rules, automations, and other platform configurations for enterprise-level clients
- Partner with internal teams and clients to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of client-specific platform configurations
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Managed Services teams to improve platform functionality and client outcomes
- Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Perform data auditing and cleanup to support platform integrity and performance
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing SaaS, platform operations, configuration, implementation, or solutions-focused role
- Experience configuring workflows, automations, rules engines, or platform-based solutions within a SaaS environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and/or Technical teams
