- Own and maintain powertrain BOM structure in PLM across all build states
- Define and manage propulsion hardware effectivity tied to serials and milestones
- Maintain configuration traceability between powertrain items and the aircraft BOM
- Establish and maintain powertrain configuration baselines for design, development, test, production
- Partner with powertrain engineers to plan changes and determine effectivity windows
- Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain for retrofit/forward-fit planning and impacts
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of configuration management experience at an aerospace or automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier
- Hands-on experience managing hardware BOMs in a PLM system (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, or equivalent)
- Understanding of unit/serial/date-based effectivity and their application to hardware change management
- Experience coordinating changes across supply chain and manufacturing stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRs, CNs, ECOs, ECNs from initiation to release
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation
